The Mission
Snow Software wanted to transform how documentation was delivered to their users. Their goal was to provide clear, accessible content — both through a new external documentation portal and contextual help embedded directly in their products.
- Enable technical writers to independently manage and publish content.
- Improve the user experience with embedded help across Snow products.
- Create a long-term, scalable foundation for documentation.

Our Approach
Code Horizon joined the project as a technical partner, taking on the role of Tech Lead to architect and implement the new documentation systems from the ground up.
- Designed and built a modern documentation portal using the latest tech stack.
- Developed reusable embedded help components for use across Snow’s product teams.
- Set up a CI/CD publishing pipeline, empowering technical writers to push updates independently.

The Result
In just 6 months, the new systems were live — delivering a dramatically improved documentation experience for Snow users and internal teams alike.
